Compressed Air Vacuum Pump
Product Details:
Product Description
GAP Series 40 M3 /hr – 100 M3 /hr
Kalbro GAP Series super pumps consists of unique vacuum modules, manually control components and operator interfaces. The pump modules are equipped with unique multistage ejector technology which expands through a series of chambers. Ejectors are smaller, more efficient and more reliable than any other ejector technologies and the design allows for a flexible and modular system in order to optimize the performance. Can be mounted on the equipment or on the wall near the vacuum port due to compact in size.

How is Vacuum Produced?
There are two basic ways of producing vacuum. The most widespread method is to use an electric-motor-driven, positive-displacement pump, Typical Electric Motor Driven Vacuum Pump System
The second method of producing vacuum is by using a no-moving-part venturi, also known as vacuum generators and ejectors. compressed air is allowed to flow which causes a venturi action. As the air expands and flows into the receiver tube, it creates a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure. This causes entrainment of the surrounding air which is more commonly referred to as vacuum flow. The entrained air, as well as the supply air, exhausts into the atmosphere
